Project Description


Taskforce is a web based application providing staff, customers, quotations and job reporting for trade businesses. The application also allows staff members to fill in a range of health and safety forms in order to complete industry compliance regulations.

The aim of the project was to build an online system that provides everything a trade company requires to operate as efficient and as professional as possible. Key features include:

  • Staff data management

  • Job report generation
  • Form data capturing
  • Company statistics and analysis
  • Vehicle checks
  • Invoicing

Taskforce can easily be adopted by a large number of company’s ranging for individual sole traders to enterprises with hundreds of staff members. After consultation meetings with a number of trade businesses it was evident that having various data stored in a range of digital and print mediums caused large amounts of unnecessary admin work. Taskforce provides a centralised database for all aspects of the business from quotation to staff allocation to job completion and report submission. Having their data all in one place provides many benefits including:

  • Daily, weekly or monthly backups for complete peach of mind
  • Analyse staff, operations and marketing performance to improve growth and efficiency
  • A cloud based system allows easy access from the office, on site and at home
  • Quickly find historic customer, staff and job data

A native application for Apple and Android is currently under development which will provide the ability to work offline for on site tradesmen in remote or restricted signal areas.
