A start-up record label approached us to build their brand image from the ground up. Directors of the record label had decided that the mockingbird had to feature within the logo so we built all initial concepts around that idea.
The final concept merged the mockingbird icon with the bars on a graphic equaliser found on their studio equipment. A contemporary, web friendly font family was chosen with a future website project and digital marketing campaign in mind.
Full brand guidelines were documented for the client to forward on to any print or digital media companies to ensure the record label carried a strict brand image across all their artwork.
